Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship orders within three business days of when they are placed. Delays are rare, but they can happen. We do our best to monitor any pending shipping delays. Everra is not responsible for delays out of our control. These can include but are not limited to: local holidays, health and safety regulations, and weather.
VIMMIA soft Launch items can take up to 10 business days to ship.

Once your order is placed, you will receive two emails. The first confirms your order is processed and the second will confirm shipping information. Your shipping notification should contain tracking information. We use various shippers depending on the area being shipped from and to. At this time, we are not able to request specific shippers. If you do not receive tracking for your order, please email support@everra.com with your order number and tracking request.
