Apply a small amount of Liquid Shimmer to brighten the inner tear duct area to widen eyes and create a youthful appearance.

Use the doe-foot applicator or small synthetic brush to pick up and retain the product, allowing the targeted application.

For a pop of shimmer, apply on the center of your upper eyelid over your favorite eyeshadow.

To soften the shimmer effect on cheekbones, under brow, décolletage, collar bone, and bridge of the nose, use a soft blending brush.

Using a clean Everra angled Brow Groomer, carefully apply Liquid Shimmer to enhance your top liner or on the outer are of your lower lid.

Although our products are ophthalmologically tested, DO NOT APPLY TO THE WATERLINE (inner eyelid).

Apply a sheer layer for day or an added layer for night. Either way, you’ll always have the spotlight!
